Test the shower, tub, and drain flow

Verify the toilet flush and base seal

Check terry par and bath amenities

Entry & Life Safety

Test the door lock, latch, and deadbolt

Verify smoke and CO detector function

Confirm the in-room evacuation map placement

Defects & Disposition

Log defects in HotSOS or Quore

Set the room disposition

Open an engineering work order

Schedule a re-clean with the floor supervisor

Release & Sign-Off

Update the room status in the PMS

Capture the inspector sign-off
