  2. Confirm OSHA 300A and labor posters are posted
  3. Test EAS gates and deactivator at checkout
  4. Spot-check refund log for manager approvals

Wrap-Up and Action Plan

  1. Score the overall visit and assign a grade
  2. Build the 30-day action plan with the Store Manager
  3. Sign and distribute the visit report
  4. Schedule the 30-day follow-up walk
