  1. Sweep the sidewalk and clear the entry mat
  2. Wipe storefront glass and door handles
  3. Confirm storefront sign and window lights are on

Safety and Compliance

  1. Walk fire exits and confirm the path is clear
  2. Confirm the OSHA 300A summary is posted
  3. Spot-check sales floor for slip and trip hazards

Team Huddle and Open

  1. Confirm scheduled staff have arrived
  2. Cover call-outs and assign coverage
  3. Run the open huddle on today's goal and focus
  4. Sign off the opening log and unlock the front door
