You can have the users of your checklists enter data for specific steps. This data is included in the checklist reporting for later analysis as well as sent to other systems via a Zapier integration (if you have one).

1. Clicking the document icon in the checklist run opens a modal

2. Any data can be entered.

3. This data will now be displayed in checklist reporting.

In the near future you will be able to constrain the data to a list, enforce required data entry, and other data features.
