Understanding Workflows

  1. This step has a due date setting to be due 20 minutes after the run was started. If a step is late, you'll get a notification
  2. This step has a data collection field of Yes/No which is used to display the next two steps using the conditional logic feature

      There are ten different data types you can choose from. The data type of this step is "choose from list".

  3. The difference between workflows and runs, an important starting point
    • Workflows are the standard list of steps to complete. Runs, this current page, are when you use a workflow.

Understanding Runs

  1. You can add other people to this run using the 👤+ icon in the upper left of this page
  2. Click the three vertical dots to the right to see the menu to assign, set due date, set reminder and more
    • Assigning to another person will send them a notification, but assigning yourself will not send a notification.

  3. When commenting on a step, if you @mention a person they'll receive a notification with your comment
  4. Completing this step will send an automated email (to you)
