Greeting and Seating

Provide menus and a drinks list as soon as guests are seated

Take drink orders within 2 minutes of seating
Take meal orders within 5 minutes of delivering the drinks
Repeat orders back to guests to ensure accuracy
Food and Beverage Service
Serve drinks within 5 minutes of order placement
Deliver appetizers within 10 minutes of order placement
Ensure the main course is served within 15 minutes of appetizer clearance
Ongoing Table Maintenance
Check back for guest satisfaction within 2 minutes of each course delivery
Refill water glasses and other beverages promptly
Clear empty plates and glassware within 5 minutes of guest completion
Conclusion of Meal
Offer dessert menu immediately after clearing main course dishes
Process payment within 5 minutes of receiving the check
