Initial Documentation

Compliance and Legal Training
Provide training on fair housing laws, anti-discrimination policies, and local property regulations
Review company-specific legal protocols and procedures for lease agreements, evictions, and tenant interactions
Ensure understanding of privacy laws and data protection responsibilities relevant to property management
Property-Specific Training
Walk through the specifics of properties including amenities, services, and unique features
Review tenant profiles, important contacts, and vendor lists
Shadow experienced property managers on-site to observe day-to-day operations and tenant interactions
