Inventory Assessment

Retrieve the necessary products from the backroom or storage area
Restock shelves, ensuring products are neatly organized and front-facing

Update inventory management system with new stock quantities after replenishment
Organize backroom to ensure fast and efficient access to products
Set up a process for regular backroom inventory checks to maintain accurate stock information
Ordering and Receiving
Review stock levels and sales trends to determine if additional stock is needed
Place orders with suppliers for products that are low in stock or in high demand
Inspect and verify the accuracy of shipments received against purchase orders
Product Rotation and Expiry
Rotate stock to ensure older products are sold before newer ones
Check expiration dates and remove expired or nearly expired goods from shelves
