Backup user's data from workstation

Delete local user profile and data
Ensure removal of user data from shared drives
Clear or reassign user's voicemails and call forwarding
Hardware and Software Retrieval
Collect company-issued laptops and desktops
Retrieve mobile devices and accessories
Recover security tokens and access cards
Uninstall licensed software specific to the user
Inspect and return any additional company property
Communication and Documentation
Notify relevant departments of user departure
Update internal directory and organizational charts

Document the offboarding process for the user
