All CARE calls are entered in Aspire with client rating and a full description of client feedback

2= Improvement needed.

Validate client contact info is accurate in Aspire
Property Inspection Reports are prepared for upcoming CARE call meetings. These reports are a tool to communicate to our clients what services have been performed, what services will be performed soon, enhancement ideas/solutions, and brag about the great results our team is providing.
All relevant client communication including phone calls, emails, or in person, have been documented in Aspire for future reference.
- 90 days from end date, renewal is processed
- Client communication regarding price increases and/or new signature is in place no later than 30 days from end date.
- Opportunity is marked as won 30 days from end date providing adequate time for operations to managed work tickets
- Anticipated close date. Managing your Enhancement pipeline and anticipated closed dates allows the company to more accurately forecast a backlog.
- Probability – How confident are you that this opportunity will be accepted by the client? Below are the 4 options that should be used when providing the probability on the opportunity.
15% = not likely
30% = we have a chance
60% = likely going to close this deal
90% = going to close, just don't have ink yet - Created date - Generally, when the days between the created date and anticipated close date are greater than 90 days, the likelihood of closing becomes less.
- Estimated GM % - Keep an eye out for trends with estimated margins. This correlates to our ability to meet our projected gross margin.
