Weekly Cleaning Checklist
Kitchen Area
Deep clean all deep fryers and grills
Sanitize all surfaces, including prep areas, cutting boards, and countertops
Clean the ovens, including the walls and racks
Dining Room
Vacuum all carpeted areas and mop hardwood or tile floors
Wipe down all tables, chairs, and booths thoroughly
Clean and polish any decorative items or artwork
Restrooms
Scrub and disinfect all toilets, urinals, and sinks
Mop the floors with disinfectant
Replenish soap dispensers, paper towel holders, and toilet paper
Storage Areas
Organize and clean all shelving units
Sweep and mop the floor, including the corners
Check for and dispose of any expired products
Bar Area
Clean and sanitize the beer taps and soda guns
Wipe down the entire bar, including the counter, stools, and any equipment
Restock glasses, beverages, and bar supplies
Exterior and Entrance
Sweep and wash the entryway
Clean the windows and doors, removing fingerprints and smudges
Empty and clean all outdoor trash bins
