  3. Stage new arrivals at eye level on end-caps
  4. Apply markdown stickers to clearance SKUs

Lighting and Ambiance

  1. Replace burned-out track and accent lamps
  2. Aim track lights at hero product and mannequins
  3. Verify in-store music playlist and volume

Signage and Promotional Materials

  1. Swap sign-holder graphics to current promo
  2. Place talkers and danglers on promo fixtures
  3. Pull expired signage and recycle
  4. Verify shelf-edge price labels match POS

Fitting Rooms and Cash Wrap

  1. Inspect fitting-room locks, lighting, and mirrors
  2. Restock hangers, pins, and go-back racks
  3. Refresh impulse merchandise at the cash wrap
  4. Confirm loyalty and gift-card collateral is stocked

Final Walk and Sign-Off

  1. Walk the store with the visual directive in hand
  2. Submit the post-reset sign-off package
  3. Schedule the corrective revisit if needed
