Drainage System
Ensure that all drains and scuppers are clear of debris and functioning properly
Inspect for proper slope of the roof to prevent standing water
Check that the downspouts direct water away from the foundation
Safety and Accessories
Make sure access ladders and safety anchors are secure and in good condition
Inspect rooftop equipment and accessories for proper installation and anchoring
Verify that walkways and guardrails are stable and compliant with safety standards
